Responsibilities:
Manage hotel operations and drive revenue, ARR, and profitability.
Oversee P&L, budgeting, and cost control.
Lead and motivate departmental teams for efficient operations.
Ensure high guest satisfaction by maintaining service excellence.
Develop strategies for business growth and operational improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management with proven leadership skills.
Strong financial acumen and decision-making abilities.
