The following Terms and Conditions govern the use of Aatithyam Group’s services, including stays at Farm Aravalia, Arise Ethnic Village Resort, and Aatithyam Residency. By making a reservation or staying at any of our properties, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Reservations and Payments
- All bookings are confirmed only upon full payment or as per the payment terms specified during the reservation.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice unless already confirmed.
- Bookings are non-transferable.
Check-In and Check-Out Timings
- Check-in Time: 2:00 PM
- Check-out Time: 12:00 Noon
- Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- All guests must provide valid government-issued ID proof at check-in.
Cancellation Policy
- No refund will be provided for cancellations due to no-shows, acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, or any unforeseen circumstances.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date are non-refundable.
- Unless specifically mentioned before group booking, the policy remains the same as stated in 3.2.
Smoking Policy
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms, tents, and other enclosed areas.
- Designated smoking zones are available; guests are required to adhere to this policy.
- Violations will result in a fine and potential additional cleaning charges.
Damage and Liability
- Guests are responsible for any damage to property, furniture, or equipment caused during their stay. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the guest.
- Aatithyam Group reserves the right to deduct charges from the security deposit or demand immediate settlement for damages.
Indemnity Clause
- Guests acknowledge and agree that Aatithyam Group, its management, staff, and associated parties are not liable for any injuries, accidents, losses, or damages incurred during their stay, regardless of the cause.
- By staying at our properties, guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aatithyam Group, its employees, and affiliates against any claims, legal actions, or liabilities arising from their use of the premises or services.
House Rules
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed on the premises.
- Noise levels must be kept to a minimum to ensure the comfort of all guests.
- Pets are not permitted unless explicitly allowed and confirmed during booking.
- Guests must respect the privacy of other guests and staff.
Restaurant and Dining
- Restaurant Timings:

- Breakfast: 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM
- Regular Service: 7:30 AM to 11:00 PM
- Buffet breakfast is served only on days of high occupancy.
- The availability of specific menu items, including tandoor dishes, is subject to the restaurant’s operational constraints.
Wi-Fi and Communication
- Complimentary Wi-Fi is available at all properties. The password will be provided upon check-in.
- Guests are advised not to use Wi-Fi for unlawful activities.
Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
- The jurisdiction for any legal proceedings shall be the courts located in Gurgaon, Haryana.
Miscellaneous
- Aatithyam Group reserves the right to refuse accommodation to guests who fail to adhere to these Terms and Conditions.
- Management reserves the right to evict guests for misconduct or non-compliance without a refund.
- Aatithyam Group reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
